KIDS PROGRAMS

Little Vikings (ages 3 - 7 years old)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM (all kids)

Why It’s Perfect:
Our Little Vikings BJJ program is designed specifically for young children to develop motor skills, discipline, and foundational self-defense techniques. Through fun and engaging activities, kids learn to focus, follow instructions, and work as a team. It’s a playful, yet structured environment where children can improve their coordination while having fun!

Discipline: From learning to follow directions to practicing respect for instructors and classmates, children build discipline that carries into school and everyday life.

Fitness: Each class incorporates physical movements that develop agility, strength, and flexibility—perfect for growing bodies!

Confidence: As children master new techniques, they build a sense of accomplishment and self-assurance.

Fun: Every session is designed to be enjoyable, using games and drills to keep children engaged while learning valuable life skills.
